Shipping is included
Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in the price of every piece, at every size. There is no additional charge at checkout.
Production and delivery
Each piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2–3 business days, and transit typically adds 3–7 business days depending on size and destination. Larger formats travel in custom crating and may take longer. These are estimates rather than guarantees; carrier and production schedules can move, and we will tell you if yours does.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States — the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time. For international inquiries, including facility installations abroad, please get in touch.
How work arrives
Everything arrives framed and finished, with your chosen mounting hardware installed on the piece. Work ordered with the standard hanging wire is ready to hang on arrival. Work ordered with the three-point secure mount or stainless steel mounting posts includes the piece-side hardware; the wall-side installation is completed by you or your installer.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because each piece is made to order, an order can only be changed or cancelled before it enters production — which often happens quickly. Contact us immediately with your order number and we will do what we can. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
If something is damaged
Contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and clear photographs of the piece, the packaging and the shipping label, and keep the original packaging until the claim is settled — the carrier may need to inspect it. We will replace, reprint or refund at no cost to you.
The same applies if tracking shows your parcel was lost or never arrived.
Returns
Each piece is produced individually for you, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind, a size chosen in error, or color expectations set by a monitor. Sales are final once production has begun.
What we do stand behind is anything that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or that a carrier confirms was never delivered. Those are put right. Full detail is in our Terms of Sale.
Color and finish
Color, contrast, brightness and surface texture vary with monitor calibration, room lighting and print material. That variation is normal rather than a defect. For facility projects we proof at size, in your palette, before anything is produced.
Choosing a size
If you are unsure, tell us the wall and the viewing distance and we will advise. For facility work we propose sizes room by room rather than leaving it to guesswork.
